It is important that you treat your jewelry with some TLC! You do not want to Shower,Swim or Workout in your jewelry. When you aren't wearing your jewelry you want to keep them stored in a dry area.

We do NOT offer returns or refunds.
Our handmade jewelry is produced at the time of purchase, And on these items we do not offer returns or exchanges.
ANY ITEMS FROM OUR BEAUTY SECTION CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.THIS INCLUDES ,BRUSHES,PALETTES.
If 2 days have gone by since your purchase of a non custom item,unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.To be eligible for an EXCHANGE only, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for EXCHANGING your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does processing and shipping take?
DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS ,THERE MAY BE A SLIGHT DELAY IN ORDERS BEING PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. XOXO
From the time of the order placed we may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) In many cases we are able to get orders out sooner. International orders can take up to 4/5 full weeks.
